Shop Info?

Hella Bagels is located at 1019 San Pablo Ave. Albany, CA. We are right on the borderline of Albany & Berkeley. There is ample free 90 minute parking along San Pablo and an open rear parking lot on *weekends*.

We are open Wednesday-Sunday from 7:30am-1:30pm. It is worth noting, our bagels are baked fresh daily, that means selling out earlier than our anticipated time of closing is possible. Respect the bread, we are doing our best to be perfect.

Our beautiful space is equipped with plenty of indoor & outdoor seating as well as free wifi. This is a space intended to hang out, meet with friends & family, and build lifelong memories.

Bagels?

Our bagels are NY Inspired, as we adopted all of the techniques found in your favorite East Coast bagel shops. Our bagels are hand rolled, kettle boiled, and baked fresh daily. The bagels are vegan and nut free. Just flour, salt, yeast, & malt.

Our bagel rotation consists of; Everything, onion, garlic, salt, sesame, poppy, and plain. Specials will come and go as the shop grows.

Cream Cheese?

Lox, Scallion, Garlic Confit, Jalapeño Cilantro, Spicy Samba, Veggie, Horseradish-Lemon-Dill, Spicy Mango Peach (w/ Arawak Farm), and Plain, all made with Gina Marie Cream Cheese. Also offering Vegan Violife ‘Cream Cheese’, Butter, and Avocado.

Online Ordering & Delivery?

We are currently offering home delivery on Fridays, that can be ordered directly on this website. Orders open on Sundays and stay open as long as we can keep it manageable for our drivers. You will be able to purchase bagels, schmear, as well as nova lox, whitefish salad, and egg salad.

For all in store ordering, we kindly ask you place those orders through our online menu on toast, those orders can be placed day of, or days in advance. Our entire menu & ordering is available here.

Additionally, our full menu is available on DoorDash from Wednesday - Sunday. Because DD takes 30% commission from our sales, that has been added to our DD pricing. For the best pricing and freshest bagels, come visit us in store.

Catering?

We are happily accepting catering requests. Until we build out a formal catering menu, we are currently working directly with you to build out custom catering orders that suit your needs in both offerings as well as party size. 48 hours notice is appreciated but not always required.
